Such a surprise for us, food are extraordinary fantastic, and with very good prices! Absolutely highly recommended!
Really nice place. The food is absolute delicious and freshly made. With chooses from warm to cold food and from Italy in general, but most are specialtys of Florence or the Toscane region. The onwer is also really nice and let you enjoy your time without rushing you.
Small charming space with fresh daily menu. Attentive service we had meatballs and a Florence specialty beef and onion stew with roasted potatoes with 1/2 L of house red spectacular. Dessert was the best tiramisu I have ever tasted and my partner enjoyed almond cookies with dessert wine.
Beyond 5 star review if I could. My word this place was incredible. The Peposo literally had me at a loss for words with the amount of flavor and wonderful taste it brought. Then onto the Porchetta which was delightful. Pork was tender and smooth between bread which had a very nice crunch to it. Lastly, I went with a tiramisu which having had a few in days prior while in Rome, this was the best I had in Italy bar none. Excellent excellent restaurant and service. Do not miss this place while in or near Florence.
Delicious food. Had the stracotto and peposo. The owner is incredibly sweet and will explain the menu to you. Such delicious food, I will attempt to make a sad recreation when I get home but I know it’ll never be as good.
We had the most delicious and authentic tasting food here for a very reasonable price! The owner and his wife were so lovely and took the time to explain to us the menu and chose the most incredible schiacciata for me with prosciutto and truffle, it was 12/10 delicious!! The tiramisu was also to DIE for. Would absolutely recommend this restaurant!
My husband and I stopped here for lunch. The waiter was very friendly and he described all the dishes to us and made recommendations. The drinks and food were freshly prepared and well priced.
Great place. The restaurant owner is very friendly to explain everything to us in English. We had a Peposo and a Lampredotto, both very local in Tuscany and tasted amazing. The wine was equally good. Already missing this place so much.
